While we recommend flying into Ronald Reagan National Airport (15 Minutes to hotel block), Dulles International (35 Minutes to hotel block), and Baltimore/Washington International (50 Minutes to hotel block) are all great options!
Transportation to the Venue
Bus Pickup from the Westin Old Town Alexandria
On Saturday, a shuttle will depart from the front entrance of the Westin at 3:15 PM to take guests to the venue. We kindly ask that everyone arrive by 3:00 PM, even if you are not staying at the hotel. If you prefer not to take the bus, we ask you make your own way to the venue. Free parking will be available on-site; however, please note that rideshare services (such as Uber or Lyft) will not be available for return trips to the DC area.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Westin Old Town Alexandria
We’ve reserved a hotel block at the Westin Old Town Alexandria, located approximately 40 minutes from the venue. Please call the hotel directly to book and be sure to mention our wedding block to receive the group rate.
Other Hotels
We have a hotel block at the Westin, but there are several great nearby hotels listed below if you prefer another option. For guests not staying at the Westin, we kindly ask that you arrive at the Westin front entrance by 3:00 PM on Saturday to take the reserved bus to the venue.

The Ceremony
WILL THE CEREMONY BE OUTSIDE?
Yes! Please bring a light sweater or jacket to stay warm during the ceremony. The reception and cocktail hour will have an indoor/outdoor option as well, with fire pits for warmth.
WILL THERE BE PARKING OPTIONS AVAILABLE?
Yes, parking is available at the Westin Old Town Alexandria as well as at our venue.
WHAT WILL THE ATTIRE BE FOR THE WEDDING?
Cocktail attire is requested, and comfy dancing shoes are highly encouraged for a night of celebration and dancing.
WHAT IF I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
Our venue’s kitchen is entirely gluten-free and celiac-friendly. Dinner will be served buffet-style with a variety of options for everyone to enjoy. While we’re unable to accommodate individual specialty meals, we hope the selection offers something for all guests—thank you so much for your understanding.
